Logistics

• Damaged equipment should be delivered to our service center in Bydgoszcz, at Fordońska 405A, 85-790 Bydgoszcz. The cost of transport is covered by the client.

Diagnostic and Repair Process

1. Device Diagnosis: Upon receiving the device, our qualified team of technicians conducts a thorough diagnosis to identify the problem.
2. Damage Assessment: Based on the diagnosis, we present the client with a repair estimate, including a detailed description of the damage and costs.
3. Client Acceptance: Repairs are carried out only after the client accepts the estimate and scope of service work.
4. Diagnostic Cost: Equipment diagnostics are chargeable – 60 PLN net, plus the cost of shipping the device to the client.
